Enrolment enquiries and applications are welcome at any time throughout the year. Applications for Prep enrolments are accepted up to two years prior to starting. Prep interviews are conducted in Term 2 of the year preceding and confirmation of enrolment is provided by the end of Term 2. Applications for Years 1-6 are welcome throughout the year.

Once you have clicked on the link, you can enter and review the required details and submit the form, for your application to be lodged. Once you start the application, you have up to 30 days to return to the form and submit it, before it expires from the system.
If applying to enrol more than one student, an option will be available to submit another application for each individual student when the form is completed.
The school’s Enrolments Officer will contact you once the application has been submitted.

The School responds
The School will acknowledge receipt of your application and advise you of anything else that is required to assist in considering the application.
An interview is arranged
All enrolment applicants must have an enrolment interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal. Students and parents are required to attend the interview. An Application for Enrolment Form must be completed by the parents or the legal guardians and all other forms as required are to be submitted prior to the interview.
Being Offered and Accepting a place
If your application is successful, the Principal will make you an offer of enrolment. Parents accept the offer by completing a ‘Confirmation of Enrolment Form’ and all required documentation.
If applications exceed the positions available the following criteria will be considered in order of priority
- Families already in the school
- Catholic parents involved in their Parish
- Catholic families relocating
- Children from other faith traditions
- Date of enrolment
- The Principal retains the discretion to give special consideration to families with particular needs.
Parents requiring enrolment for special needs children should apply, via the Principal to Catholic Education Services – Diocese of Cairns (CES). An assessment will be made as to whether or not the school can support the needs of your child.
